The political fraternity of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos state has been struck by grief following the death of Timothy Oyasodun, a party chieftain.

Oyasodun, who was a cleric, died on the Boing day, Saturday, December 26, with his death described as “a great loss to the entire progressive family in Lagos state.”

He was a chairman of the ruling party in Bariga local government development council, Somolu local government, The Nation reports.

Reacting his demise, senator representing Lagos East senatorial district, Tokunbo Abiru, described Oyasodun as a man who “devoted his life to serving God, humanity and Lagos APC at large.”
